The first orthodontic linga laser machine created for orthodontics practices

The production of orthodontic aligners in the Cabinet has many  advantages for practitioners. However, the stage of manual cutting and  polishing of aligners, time-consuming and not very reproducible, limits  the production capacity.


iN Lase allows orthodontists to unlock their layoff production potential through the automation of cutting. iN Lase cuts your aligners accurately and quickly. Your laboratory technicians  can be assigned to much more rewarding tasks (setup management etc.) and  less tiring tasks.


iN Lase fits perfectly into  your in-office production ecosystem, being compatible with all resin  printers (DLP, SLA, MSLA etc.), all thermoforming systems and the  majority of thermoforming plates.


iN Lase automatically cuts 6 thermoformed aligners in 20 to 25 seconds per aligner (1), without the need for polishing (2).


iN Lase is controlled by iN Plan our In-Office Alignant Production Management Software. When you are equipped with iN Plan iN Lase,  you can generate the semi-automatic layout of the cutting line, on all  your models, and the base of positioning the thermoformed models on the  factory (4).

Combined with the iN Plan software,iN Lase allows you to adapt internal calignant production to the rhythm of the treatment plan. iN Lase can cut up to 1,000 aligners per day.
